26th Annual Gay Disney Week Entertainment Guide

One exciting aspect of Gay Disney Week is the live entertainment. Whether you come to the pool parties to hear your favorite DJ's set or you want to hear live music, the entire week offers so many exciting opportunities for you to party and have fun. Here are the DJs and singers you'll get to see during Gay Disney Week, which runs this year from May 31-June 5.

GAY DAYS POOL PARTIES AT THE DOUBLETREE

Gay Disney Week is well-known for the daily pool parties which are held at the Gay Days host hotel, the Doubletree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld. There are two pool parties, the "main pool party," held at the main lagoon pool, and the bear pool party, held at the bear cave lagoon. All of the DJs at the pool parties are either locally-known or nationally-known.

The pool parties at the main lagoon pool start on Wednesday, June 1at noon with DJ Nancy Starr, switching over at 5 p.m. to Chris Adams. The next day, Thursday, June 2, the DJs playing at the main pool party are DJ Miss M, DJ Chomper, and DJ Amy Alderman. Friday, June 3 begins with DJ J Warren at 10 a.m., followed by Chris Tavi and the Friday night headliner, DJ Drew G. The pool party on Saturday, June 4 begins with DJ Neon the Glowgobear at 10 a.m., followed by DJ Bret Law, and the Saturday night headliner, DJ ChiChi LaRue. The closing party on Sunday, June 5 will be headlined by DJ Chris Cox, with DJs Nancy Starr and Chris Adams spinning earlier in the day.
The bear pool parties start on Thursday, June 2 with a DJ lineup of Luke Hampel, AJ Reddy, and Chris Adams. On Friday, June 3, DJ Sean M and DJ Miss M will play the bear pool party in the morning and afternoon, followed by DJ Daniel Borrero. Saturday's DJ lineup consists of DJ Sinna-G, DJ Chomper and DJ J Warren. Finally, the last day of pool parties (Sunday, June 5) will feature music spun by DJ Barney Philly, DJ Sergio V/ and DJ C-Rail.

ONE MAGICAL WEEKEND

One Magical Weekend will be set up at the B Resort and Spa for the second year in a row. In addition to the daily Therapy pool parties (11 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and the signature events (Riptide at Typhoon Lagoon, the Main Event at Disney's Hollywood Studios and Deep at Epcot World Showcase), there will also be daily after-hours parties at the called Cadabra at Mango's Orlando. Those parties will be held from 2 a.m. to 8 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.

The DJs for the Therapy pool parties on Friday are JB Burgos and Tony Ruggiero. On Saturday, Edil Hernandez and Gustavo Scorpio and Deanne and Cindel spin ty on Sunday.

Riptide will be held at Typhoon Lagoon on Friday, June 3 from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. DJ Alexander and Eddie Martinez will be DJing this signature event
The main event will be held at Disney's Hollywood Studios from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Saturday, June 4. Twisted Dee (Dee Martello) and Nina Flowers will DJ the event, with a special performance by singer/songwriter Kesha. Kesha, now collaborating with Zedd after parting ways with longtime producer Dr. Luke, burst onto the scene with the #1 hit "TiK ToK" in 2009. She has recorded ten Top Ten singles, including the #1s "Right Round" (with Flo Rida) and "Timber" (with Pitbull).

Rosabel (DJs Abel and Ralphi Rosario) will headline Deep, which will be held at Epcot on Sunday, June 5 from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Cadabra's after-hours parties at Mango's Orlando begin on Friday with Ivan Gomez and Isaac Escalante. Saturday's parties will be headlined by Alyson Calagna and Eddie Elias. The final night's DJ lineup consists of Alex Acosta and Paulo.

PARLIAMENT HOUSE

Parliament House will be inviting seven different entertainers to perform during Gay Disney Week. The first two can be seen on Friday, June 3: Erika Jayne and Miss Coco Peru. Erika Jayne, originally from Atlanta, has been a loyal performer in the gay club scene for many years, and can now be seen on Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Miss Coco Peru is a New York-based drag queen comedian and actress, who has brought two comedy tours for charity to Florida in the past three years.

On Saturday, June 4, there is a double presentation. Singer, actress and comedienne Sandra Bernhard will perform at 11 p.m., followed by Canadian R&B singer Deborah Cox at 1 a.m. Deborah Cox is well-known for her platinum hit "Nobody's Supposed to Be Here." On Sunday, June 5, three different performers will be at Parliament House: comedian Brad Loekle, best known for TV shows such as World's Dumbest, Last Comic Standing, and for his work with Atlantis Events, will perform at 8 p.m.; followed by Estelle at 11 p.m. and Betty Who at 1 a.m.

Prices are $15 for Friday (until 8 p.m. that day), $20 at the door, and $50 for VIP seating and a photo op with Erika Jayne. Saturday prices are $25 (until 8 p.m.), $40 at the door, and $75 for VIP seating and a photo op with both Sandra Bernhard and Deborah Cox. Sunday prices are $25 (until 8 p.m.), $40 at the door, and $75 for VIP seating and a photo op with both Estelle and Betty Who.

UNITE EVENTS
