Surprise! Pharma Brat Shkreli Endorses Trump (Sort of)

In what might be the least shocking news of the day, Martin Shkreli, who was dubbed the pharmaceutical bro after he dramatically raised the price of a medication used by some HIV/AIDS and cancer patients, announced on Twitter Thursday he's endorsing Donald Trump for president (but only if he's up against Hillary Clinton).
He then re-tweeted comments from an account @realDonaldTrump (not the real GOP presidential candidate), that were pretty offensive. Though he did somewhat acknowledge the account is fake.
